JUST IN: AC Milan 25-Year-Old Star Back From Injury To Play Against Torino.

Christian Pulisic missed the Trofeo Berlusconi match and is exercising separately today, with Milan hoping to prepare him for Saturday’s season opener against Torino.

The Rossoneri defeated Monza 3-1 in their final preseason friendly Thursday night at San Siro, but the USMNT star did not play.

According to the most recent rumours, he had an ankle injury in training a few days ago and it was decided not to risk him in that encounter.

Even today, he was still training separately from the rest of the group to recover from his slight injury.

Although there is no guarantee, coach Paulo Fonseca feels Pulisic will start against Torino on Saturday evening.

Pulisic not the only doubt for Milan-Torino

Pierre Kalulu travelled with the squad to San Siro Friday night, but was not even selected on the bench because he is rumoured to be on the verge of moving to Juventus.

The dynamic defender was still training with the team today.

Toro will meet a familiar opponent this weekend, as former Milan custodian Antonio Donnarumma has recently been formally signed.

The older brother of Gianluigi Donnarumma was a free agent and signed a deal till June 2026.
